This easygoing indie-folk song from Mantis Motel is here to help put a positive spin on a bad situation. Ricardo Buffara, the songwriter who makes music under this moniker, penned “Silver Lining” for a friend who was nearing the end of a toxic relationship. And this track carries the feel of a good friend trying to lift your spirits during a downtrodden moment. I think we could all use a little of that right now.
